Trailhead Partners is excited to announce the acquisition of DLJ Commercial Roofing by Chamberlain Roofing and Waterproofing, a leading provider of commercial roofing services in Texas and surrounding states. DLJ Commercial roofing was exclusively advised by Trailhead Partners in this transaction.
DLJ was founded by Dale Johnson in Edinburg, TX in 2009 to focus exclusively on high quality elastomeric roofing coating repairs in the Rio Grande Valley and Central Texas regions. Mr. Johnson established a presence in the region by offering an alternative for both roof replacements and for low quality, big-box-store-grade roofing coatings for complex and large commercial roofs.
Chamberlain Roofing & Waterproofing is a portfolio company of Main Street Capital Corporation, a publicly-owned investment corporation focused on private equity investments in lower middle market and middle market companies, located in Houston, TX.
