Why We Started Trailhead
We've worked on all sides of the table: business ownership and our own exits, investment banking, and mineral asset brokerage. We learned that the average small to midsized business owner doesn't get the attention they deserve. These companies are too large for traditional business brokers, who often lack the network and execution strategies to run a competitive process. But they're too small for investment banks, where large teams, minimum fees, and limited automation make the economics challenging.
We founded Trailhead Partners to bridge that gap. We bring a modern, data-driven discipline to transactions that deserve professional representation, at fee structures that make sense for the lower middle market.
More importantly, we bring the perspective of operators. We've sat across the table from buyers, navigated due diligence, and signed closing documents ourselves. That experience informs how we advise our clients.
